Come by land

To travel freely around the Marchica lagoon, a car is the ideal mode of transport. You're 4 hours from Fez, 5 hours 50 minutes from Rabat, 6 hours 40 minutes from Casablanca, and 7 hours from Tetouan. These journeys, currently via highway A2 (Rabat-Taza) and National Road 16 (Tetouan-Nador), will be further optimized by the Guercif-Nador highway by 2028.

Come by ferry

You can reach the port of Nador by regular lines, day or night, departing from Spain or France. The crossing takes 7 hours from Motril (Granada), 8 hours 30 minutes from Almeria, 29 hours from Barcelona, and 40 hours from Sète.

Come by pleasure boat

Following the access coordinates to the Nador marina (35° 13.02' N, 2° 54.18' W), you'll disembark at the foot of Atalayoun hill, right in the heart of the Marchica natural site. Get ready for a lagoon and coastal immersion in the ecotourism gem of the Oriental region.

Come by plane

Two international airports (Nador and Oujda) allow you to reach Nador by direct flight from Rotterdam (in 3h20), Amsterdam (3h10), Brussels (3h00), Weeze (2h50), Paris-Beauvais (2h50), Montpellier (2h20), Barcelona (2h15), Casablanca (1h15), Murcia (1h), Rabat (1h), or Tangier (0h50).
