The Marchica Med Company is the subsidiary of the Marchica Lagoon Site Development Agency (AASLM), responsible for developing the destination. This is all under the aegis of its Board of Directors, which includes the Chairwoman and CEO, the Ministers, the Marchica Agency, the Hassan II Fund, the Oriental Agency, and the ANGSPE.
